Copyright information and entry form veracity

3x3 assumes that all entries are original and are the works of the entrant entering the artwork. 3x3 is not liable for any copyright infringement on the part of the entrant. Information given may appear in future issues of 3x3 and/or on 3x3mag.com. Credit information may be edited for space. 3x3 is not accountable for incorrect information given on entry forms.

3x3 retains the right to use winning images for promotional purposes. Entrants retain original copyright.

Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped on a weekly basis, orders received after Wednesday will be filled the following week with the exception of Thanksgiving and Christmas. Should the request include something that is in production the item will ship directly from the printer once the project has been printed.

All domestic orders are shipped Media Mail, expect receipt of your order within 7-10 working days. All international orders are shipped first-class international, your orders will arrive in 5–7 days when mailed from New York.

We may ship partial orders when necessary.

Be sure we have your current mailing address prior to mailing. We are not responsible for replacement copies for orders shipped to an incorrect address. Submit your change of address.

Subscription Refund Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your subscription please contact us for a refund. We will refund partial subscriptions based on the following formula: after one issue, you will receive two-thirds credit, after two issues you will receive one-third credit. All refunds are credited to the credit card used in the original purchase.
